The Center has an HIV/AIDS prevention program called cARes and currently maintains nwacares.org; the .com would certainly be a natural fit. I think it's very easy for us to get wrapped up in our day-to-day routine all the while thinking that our lives are so hard. None of it seems very significant, though, when compared to the lives of those who are truly in need.
